Woodland Fine Arts Academy

Woodland Fine Arts Academy (WFA) is a ministry of Woodland Community Church in Bradenton, FL.  WFA’s purpose is to provide high quality instruction in a Christian environment for artists of any age. Our program is designed to meet students where they are and help them explore their God-given creative gifts and develop the skills and discipline required to reach their fullest potential at every level. Whether it is for use in performance, ministry or personal expression, our desire is to see each person grow in their talent and passion for the arts, and most importantly, Glorifying God in all we do. HEY PARENTS. YOU MATTER.  You're doing a great job! At Woodland we fully believe in partnering with parents to ensure they feel confident and equipped for each stage of develop for their children. Woodland's Family Ministry Team is here to support you in any way we can. So, we created this online resource for you. STANDARDS OF ETHICAL CONDUCT AND MANDATORY REPORTING OF SUSPECTED CHILD ABUSE
In accord with the Florida Ethics in Education Act, all employees of Woodland Early Childhood Center and related programs have a duty to report all suspected or actual cases of child abuse, abandonment, or neglect; have immunity from liability if they report such cases in good faith and have a duty to comply with child protective investigations.  There is a legal penalty for not reporting suspected or alleged child abuse or alleged misconduct by instructional personnel or school administrators.  The Florida Abuse Hotline is 1-800-962-2873.  The Woodland Preschool Academy contact is Mrs. Jennifer Passmore, Director.
